Profile

flh architects is a full service architectural firm in Winchester, Massachusetts, focusing primarily on residential architecture. Our firm works closely with clients to create living spaces that respect the history and tradition of New England while also reinventing them to meet the needs of modern families. Our design approach celebrates the ideas of clarity and simplicity, always striving to closely link architecture to its environment. This link is a critical first step towards sustainability. We have designed and managed construction projects that range from small renovations to full home construction in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and California.

Owner Fulton Lee Harley was born and raised in South Carolina, where he received his BS in Architecture from Clemson University. Lee moved to the Boston area to study at Harvard Graduate School of Design, and received his MArch from Harvard in 1995. After completing his studies, he settled in Cambridge, falling in love with New England. He has been a registered architect in Massachusetts since 2003. Lee worked for firms in Boston before turning his attention to flh architects full time in 2008.
